Pamana VII | Pamana Committees | Rehearsal Schedule
We are looking for volunteers for the following committees for Pamana. If interested, feel free to contact the chair of the committee or any of the officers. For more questions or to join a committee, send an email to info@csfamn.org
Child Care: Keeping children occupied during rehearsals and performance day until their appointed time.
Costumes: Design and creation of new costumes, assist in inventory of existing costumes. Assisting performers with costume changes on the day of performance.

Dance Accessories: Assist in making and decorating dance paraphernalias, hair ornaments, etc.

Learn the dances at the rehearsals as scheduled. Presents dances.

Documentation: Arranging video filming of the performance and photography.
Food: Arranging refreshments for dancers during rehearsals and day of event.
Funding and Grants: Applying for funding and grants.
Chair:Lillian Birion
Lighting and Sound: Assist with lighting and sound management during dress rehearsal and day of performance.
Chair:Sue Pimentel
Hair & Make-Up: Provide assistance in applying make-up to all dancers for the performance.
Promotions: Marketing the upcoming production in newspapers, possibly on radio and tv, design and distribute flyers to the public.
Chair:Pearl Malit
Reception: Welcoming guests and directing them to their seats before the program.
Solicitations: Recruiting sponsors in support of our production.
Souvenir Program: Design and layout.
Stage & Props/Backstage Crew: design and construct the sets and props needed for the performance; on the day performance, staging of set, preparing dancers' props, Stage Manger in charge of flow and cues of dancers.

Tickets and Finance: In charge of distribution and sale of tickets, payment collection, bookkeeping of project finances.
